Return Policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive your product/s. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Disclaimer: Cancellations for promotional and sale items are non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all components. If the product requires you to use it to see the results, then a refund is not applicable. We do not accept any refunds for any reason other than the item being damaged, broken or quality issue. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

– Downloadable or digital products 
– Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

First contact our team at with your four digit order number to request a exchange/refund. Our team will then respond giving you the address to return the item to. Please be advised that any product returned beyond the 30 days of delivery of the product to you, will not be accepted.

Return packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.

Products must be returned and received by us in original condition. We will not accept Products damaged in return transit, so please be sure to package the Product well and consider insuring the package.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) 
– Book with obvious signs of use 
– CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. 
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
